- Topic: INVOICEAUTOMATCH: AN AI AGENT FOR AUTOMATING THE INVOICE PROCESS IN B2B E-COMMERCE
- Abstract: We develop an AI system that extracts Vietnamese invoices (printed or handwritten) in both image and audio format, then maps the extracted product names as well as the buyer and seller details to an enterprise Data Management System (DMS). For the invoice information extraction component, we make use of multimodal AI features. For the product matching problem, we leverage the power of LLMs and a RAG framework. With this pipeline, we achieve a very strong (industrial-level) performance in terms of precision and latency as well as concurrency. Our product has been officially used by one of the largest manufacturing companies in Vietnam since June 2026. To the best of our knowledge, this pipeline is the first production-ready solution that automates the B2B e-commerce invoice process in the Vietnamese market.
